February 27, 1980) is an American singer-songwriter and musician, best known as an "additional musician" and saxophonist for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band since 2012, in addition to being a member of The E Street Horns. Clemons took over when his uncle and founding member of the E Street Band, Clarence Clemons, passed away in 2011.

Jake is the son of a Marine Corps band director and attended the Virginia Governor’s School for the Arts to study jazz performance.[1] He performed various instruments including percussion and backing vocals during the Wrecking Ball Tour, High Hopes Tour, and The River Tour 2016/Summer '17. Clemons has also performed with Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, The Swell Season, and The Roots.

Jake made a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on January 13, 2017, to help promote his new album, Fear & Love, released the same day.[2]
