Greatest Hits is Bruce Springsteen's fifth compilation album. It was released as a limited first edition Wal-Mart exclusive in the US, Canada, and Australia on January 13, 2009. A European edition featuring extra songs, entitled Greatest Hits: 2009 Limited Tour Edition, was released on June 1, 2009. It contains songs from Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J., The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle, Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town, The River, Born in the U.S.A., Live 1975-85, The Rising, and Magic, skipping over Springsteen's solo albums.
